Mark Hegan
Mark is an experienced Business Development professional. He spent 16 years with Bovis Construction and Bovis Lend lease in a variety of roles including Divisional Director responsible for UK Business Development and Account Manager for the BP Bovis Alliance – a $450M p.a. roll out and maintenance programme for BP’s European petrol station network. Mark joined an executive recruitment company in 2001 and now Heads BD Resources executive search team.

Malcolm Fairclough has extensive experience in the industry with professional services firms, main contractors and specialist suppliers. Following board level positions with major construction companies he entered the consultancy field and has gained wider experience in interim management, strategic development, performance monitoring and research. He has developed expertise in succession planning and /or exit planning via merger or acquisition.
